Recommended Dosage

A) Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 15 ml of Amarantha Herbal Mouthwash and add 15ml water to it. Gargle thoroughly for 30 seconds and spit it out. Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with toothpaste or as directed by the physician 
B) Children under 12 years of age : Consult a dentist or doctor.

The herbal mouth wash is awesome

I used to hate using the supremely tasty ones (mouth odour is one of my pet peeve) with attractive blue colours but they have high amounts of alcohol and preservatives and I doubt they actually clean the mouth/gums or not..Sohadto stop using them and months later I bought Amarantha’s Mouth wash... and its simply fab... now my wash basin will always have this one on it!
